Get items from multiple lists in Power Automate through shared ID

Hi all,

 

I've been working on a Shipping Transport App.

It looks like this. The information is patched to two 2 seperate lists. 1 for the general information, 1 for the goods needing to be shipped. 

The flow gets triggered when a new item is added to the sharepoint list and I need to send an email containing the general information but also get all the items from the other list that are associated with that request.

 

I do not know how to give these lists a shared ID and patch that ID to the transport goods list so it recognizes which items were send in with which request.

I do not make use of a form, I do collect the goods in a gallery.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Could you use YourGallery.Selected.ID in your patch for each collection? Problem here maybe getting the same ID's each time you use the app. That may not matter though.
