Is it possible to create a SharePoint Library item with a link file type?

But when I click on the link created in the SP Library, I get this error:

Please try to remove the ".url" in the File Name field and then have a test.

Found the solution!
Step 1 : Create sharing link for a file or folder.
Step 2: Uploads a file to a SharePoint site. Make sure to pick an existing library.
Step 3: See screenshot. Add:
