Hi,

I've got a problem with the webversion of my app ... it stuck on loading (I tried different browser).

I noticed that the bug happens if the OnStart field is filled with an LoadData function. I know that the Webversion dont support any SaveData or LoadData function but its importent for our mobileapp and I want to load these data once with OnStart.

I hope you can help me.

Hi @Anonymous,

Have you tried the desktop version? You can install it and try, it's a little slower than the internet one, but it gives more funcionalities!

Hi Fields,

I always work with the desktop version. My intention was to report this problem that the web version stuck on the loading screen if the LoadData function is used in the OnStart field.

Thanks for the feedback.

LoadData under OnStart will not work under the web version of App, this is a known issue, check the following thread for more details:

Hey Paul, we have recently discovered an issue with using LoadData function in WebPlayer. It causes the app to hang if it is used in OnStart rule. Could you check if your app uses LoadData? And as Hemanth mentioned, session id would help a lot.
