Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I've started again with the Shoutouts template and come across the following errors:

One seems to be for user photos, the other for writing to the database:

- All users have the manager field populated in Active Directory

- The spreadsheet has been shared with 'Everyone except external users'

- The app has been shared with 'Everyone'

Can anyone shed any light on these?
