Hi,
Mail body formatting is not happening correctly when I use html tags inside text like <br>, <b> as ‘IsHtml’ option is not available in ApprovalMail. But, same thing is happening in normal send mail as ‘IsHtml’ option is available. Is there any alternative way to format the body text into html.
HTML option should be not available, but it could be formatted by the Rich Text with MarkDown in Microsoft Flow, take a look at the following blog for more details:

Not tested with in PowerApps, if the Markdown can't work directly within PowerApps, then please consider add a flow to send the Approval.
