We've got a Power BI report embedded in our SharePoint site, and it works fine. I recently embedded a Power App in the Power BI, and that works fine in the Power BI service:
When we open the Power BI report in our SharePoint site, the Power App doesn't show up:
The members of the SharePoint site and the users of the PowerApp are the same:
Does anyone know what's going on here? Should I be asking this question in a different forum?
We debugged the story behind the story.
Long-story, short, the URL that SharePoint attempts to use in the embedded Power BI for the Power App is wrong.
Turning on Dev Tools => One can "see" the URL that SharePoint is trying to use throws a 302 status ("a redirection message that occurs when a resource or page you're attempting to load has been temporarily moved to a different location.")

https://**apps.powerapps.com**/blah blah blah... **302 error
```
That's a commercial-style type of link and NOT a GCC-style link. Replacing that with:
```
https://**apps.gov.powerapps.us**/blah blah blah
```
loads in a browser, and loads in a SharePoint page.
Work-around:
Not elegant, but a work-around is to "explain" the situation about the embedded "Power App in a Power BI" current limitation on SharePoint pages in a Text widget in the Web Part, and then add the Power App in another Web Part on the same SharePoint page.
