GET ATTACHMENTS FROM ONE OR MORE ITEM TO ANOTHER LIST

Hey guys, I need to get attachments from one list who can be one or more items and get this item(s) and move to another list

    First, I assume that you are talking about SharePoint lists - correct?

    Also, do you want to create a new list item in the second list or attach to an existing list item?

    Do you want to delete the original list item and/or attachments when the files have been attached in the second list?

    Yes, that is correct!

    I need to attach to an existing list item

    delete to the list
