Is there any limitations in using number of variables in power automate desktop?

How much variables can we create in single desktop flow?

There is no limit set to the number of variables. At least it's not documented and I've never hit a limit.

You migh experience deteriorated performace, if you have too much data in memory. The more variables you have, the more memory your flow will consume during runtime.

I never tried counting them, so I don't know. But I would think that it's around 100 max. I never needed more than that for a single flow.

Again, there should be no limit, but you can always test it yourself and see what works.
