Powerapps my expenses - Guidance

I am completely new to PowerApps and I'm trying to build the PowerApps - my expenses app and link this to a SPO site that has individual lists that match the my expenses collections (Categories, Costcenters, Approvers, Lineitems2, defaultrecord, expenses2, pendingreports, approvedreports, openreports)

 

Most of the tutorial I'm finding are for the old version of powerapps, can anyone point me in the right direction?
