I'm new PowerApps user and i need help to update a CheckBox with Companies from a Country after select the State being located.

Did you mean that you want the checkbox to be checked or unchecked according to State checkbox's value? If this is the situation, then assume that the checkbox of State is named Checkbox1, then the Default property of Checkbox2 should be:
If(Checkbox1.Value=true,true,false)
