Is there a non-premium equivalent of 'When a HTTP request is received' trigger?

And additional Q: am I right assuming that as the URL is created after saving the trigger, it means after export/import the flow I have to manually change the URL in a web form the POST the data to the trigger?

I suspect that it can't help....

I took your original post to ask about about other ways of calling a child Flow for a parent Flow. The link that I provided details how that can be done without using a premium connector. My error for making an assumption.
