Sending emails via powerapps is working for me but not for other users?

Hi all,

I have the following written in my app and it works fine for me as the below suggests it creates an event in my calendar for 8am - 9am for the date selected by the datepicker in powerapps....... But when my colleague clicks the same button it doesn't work for him. His Calendar is called calendar the same as mine and on start of the powerapp he is selecting his mailbox for the office365outlook connector.

If(isbutton1clicked,Office365Outlook.V4CalendarPostItem(LookUp(Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTables().value, DisplayName ="Calendar").Name,TextInput1.Text&" "&"Committee Room",DateAdd(DatePicker2.SelectedDate+Time(8,0,0),0,Minutes),DateAdd(DatePicker2.SelectedDate+Time(9,0,0),0,Minutes),"(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London",{requiredAttendees:ComboBox1.SearchText,location:"Ground Floor"}))

As the above didn't work I created the below flow and put the following on the onselect property of a button:

'PowerApp->Createevent(V4)'.Run("Booking in room XYZ",DateAdd(DatePicker2.SelectedDate+Time(8,0,0),0,Minutes),DateAdd(DatePicker2.SelectedDate+Time(12,45,0),0, Minutes))

Again for me it works fine but for my colleague it just doesn't work at all.

Many thanks

Matt

    Hi @MJ84

    Here is the code I'm using on my other project and I just replicated it for Forum and works fine. This creates a calendar event.

    Office365Outlook.V4CalendarPostItem(
     "Calendar",
     "Stalin Test 3",
     DateAdd(
     DateTimeValue(DatePicker3.SelectedDate & " 8:00:00 AM"),
     TimeZoneOffset(),
     Minutes
     ),
     DateAdd(
     DateTimeValue(DatePicker4.SelectedDate & " 8:30:00 AM"),
     TimeZoneOffset(),
     Minutes
     ),
     "(UTC) Coordinated Universal Time",
     {body: "Meeting Notes"}
    )

    Thanks - this worked for me fine when my colleague clicked on the button it put a calandar invite for 10th January!... turns out there were issues with regional formats.

    Anyway my original formula works fine and yours works perfectly as well - thanks for your time
