What permissions do I need to see Portal Contacts in Portal Management Sandbox?

I am trying to set up web roles and tables permissions for a Power Pages site. I am referencing the documentation page here:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/configure/configure-contacts

I have been trying to manually set up contacts to test with, however I cannot see an option for Portal Contacts (detailed in the first image below), I only see Contact and Information (As shown in the 2nd image - a screenshot). I already have access to the portal management sandbox and have editing permissions for the Power Page Site, but this seems to be inaccessible for me; so I can only assume it is a permissions issue. I was wondering what permissions would be needed for me to see and add to portal contacts (and how those permissions would be setup).

By default the Form is Security Role controlled so only users with System Administrator or System Customizer have access to it.  If your user does not have either of these Security roles assigned to it you will have to get someone to assign one of them to your user or assign a Security Role you do have to the Form.
