Hi PowerPlatform Community,
I have created a very simple manual trigger approval flow which just seeks approval for a payment request and then once approved, sends an email out to the payment team to make payment. An optional attachment file field has been included as documentation is required to be added to the request for more context for the approval.
As I have been testing, I have found that approval process works, however any of the processes that include an attachment appear to have a significant time lag between the request being approved, and the workflow being completed, with approvals sitting in "pending" status for up to 3 hours before they are cleared to "Approved" status.
See below an example where the approval response given immediately, but not completed until almost 3 hours later.
Approvals without attachments happened instantly. Any ideas?

Thank you for your feedback. I can reproduce the same problem here. If an attachment is added to the Approval action and Approver completes the approval, the approval process is still pending.
I will report this issue on my side, if there are any updates, I will post back.
