Can we create a Gantt Charts in Canvas App ? please advise

Only column, line and pie charts are readily available in PowerApps. Alternatively you can use a Power BI tile that has a Gantt chart or build one yourself: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Community-App-Samples/Gantt-like-Display-Using-Standard-Power-Apps-Controls/td-p/1241763

I'd also suggest that you look at the Canviz Power Apps Chart Components, which includes a Gantt chart control.
