Scheduling an email using date value from SharePoint List

Hi Guys,

While designing a flow using Power Automate, i want to achieve something.

My goal is to send automated emails to all the people in a SharePoint list item, 30 days, 14 days and 7 days before the end date of that particular item reminding them of the same.

I have fields 'End Date' and 'ToEmail' in my SharePoint list.

How can i achieve this using Power Automate. Kindly advice.

Here's a skeleton of what you need.

Trigger Schedule daily

Do an OData query to filter the dates you want.

Add an "Appy To Each" and send an email. If you want to send only one email to multiple people, define a variable before and append the email addresses. Then send the email outside the "Apply To Each"

The formula to do this is quite simple:

eventstart lt '@{addDays(utcNow(),-30)}'

Where "eventstart" is the date column, you want to compare.
