Hi,

I have an employee onboarding form which user fills, which then goes for processing in flow.

Problem is there are columns which get updated,so i would like  to get new fields from bamboohr database using its api and populate the forms so that user have updated form to make selection and at the same time if any field is not present in bamboohr and user fills it using Other in the forms,same gets updated in the bamboohr database.

What will be the best way to move forward ?

thanks.

    Hi @DSharma ,

    I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

    MS flow don't support the bamboohr database currently.

    If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Does flow have capability to take input from any sort of  API and also i was wondering if i could integrate powerbi witht the api and explore possibility to integrate with forms for getting dynamic data.

    @DSharma

    Did you ever get this working? I know Power Automate is capable of making API calls and should  be able to use the data from the call as variables, but I'm struggling to find the right API call from BambooHR. Maybe I should actually be looking into webhooks?

    Anyway, I'd be very interested to know if you were successful in your project.
    Thanks!
