Model Driven App Creating different views for Queue

Hi,

I have a Ticketing Model Driven App, that has 7 different ticket types. I have all tickets going to my Support Ticket Dataverse Table.

Is there a way inside the app to have different form views for the different ticket types? Where "Employee Accounts" only shows the fields that are for that issue.

I got the different forms to show up in the app. Is there a way to have the form default for the certain queue?

I found this article (Control access to model-driven app forms in Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn) that suggests using from settings--> security roles to limit who can see each from but the security roles is greyed out. Any idea why?

They eventually became clickable, but after setting up half the team no longer has permissions to the table.
