I have a app for Find meeting time.
App's info (Video)
App's template

OnCheck will Collect StartTime and EndTime to colSelectedMeetingTimes.
If I selected 4 meeting times below:

How to check all records earliest StartTime and latest EndTime,
then convert 4 records to a single record below:

Every info will be appreciated!

I'm not sure exactly what your data looks like, but using the max and min functions will allow you to find the greatest and smallest dates relatively easily. Ideally you could get these with something like:

Min(*YourData*, *StartTimes*)
Max(*YourData*, *EndTimes*)
