Taking MS Form and Outputting to a Word doc

I've searched and see this question out as a few times and couple different answers that are helpful but 100% to solve my problem.

I'm wanting to take a MS Form and have both its questions and the answers populated into a word document (or PDF). So the user fills out the form, the power automate produces the word doc (or PDF). Not sure how the user knows where to get the file. I could just be a on a designated location in Sharepoint if MS is not smart enough to email or send the file to the user.

This post is basically what I'm trying to do from what I can tell. But how do I create the word template? I've tried several times.
