Hi,

 

I have a question about the gallery. 

I want to check everyones availability and update it in the gallery, because that is faster than edit in a form screen. 

I have already the formula for deleting a row, but not updating. Is it possible to update a record in the gallery?

In the picture below I added a plus-icon. My question is: is there a formula to change the availability to true if you click on the plus-icon.

    A call to Patch ought to do the trick:

     

    Patch(datasource, ThisItem, {ColumnToUpdate:true})

    You have to change the names of the datasource and the name of the column. What you might want to do after that is to disable the + so the user cannot press it again, unless that is if you want to be able to toggle it and set it to false.

    I was struggling with the update function for hours. The patch function works fine.
