Hello Everyone
I would like to add Chain and Store Name to Teams inspection app but don't know how
also how to make the inspection app work offline because in the store users might not have internet connection

As for the second question, I made a test and found that you will not be able to open an App embedded in Teams without internet, also there are too many tables as the data sources stored in cloud service, I'm afraid it's not an option to run a Dataverse for Teams App in offline mode.

thank you for your reply
my case that is have multi chains with around 140 stores and we have 5 or 8 inspection types
so i need the inspector to select the chain then the store then the inspection type then go for the inspection form
but what i believe the the inspection app designed to inspect multi areas within a single store
