Over allocated Capacity machine warning error

Hi all ,

I have installed PAD on my Window server 2019 and I am running all unattended process on it . after some day I have observed some machine over allocated capacity warning message on my capacity utilization tab and automation center tab.

1) anyone facing such type of issue or warning message ?

2) its effect on existing process ?

3) how can I solved this issue ?

Hi @Chetan_Ninghot ,

Please try these below steps,

1) clear drive and maintain min 50-60% of capacity
2) check with multi user login

if there are multiple sessions active for the same VM, drive capacity will be low

I think you may have just one unattended license, and occasionally, multiple bots attempt to use it simultaneously, causing clashes where one unattended run conflicts with another. To prevent clashes, ensure that the cloud trigger does not overlap with other bot schedules, or consider acquiring an additional unattended license.

Yes , I have have just one unattended license, no multiple bots attempt to use it simultaneously . I have run my process with ensure that the cloud trigger does not overlap with other bot schedules. (but how can process overlap because if one process is not run with specific time and second process time comes to run that time my second process is goes to queue na)

Based on the chart below, it seems that the green highlighted has already utilizing the unattended license, while the red flow intends to use the unattended license but finds it unavailable at the moment. Therefore, it suggests procuring an additional unattended license.

You means to say , I am use single unattended license on two different machine for running my process.
(I have singe unattended license and I am used it on two machine for running my unattended process on both machine and flow schedule time is not same).

However, judging from the warning, it appears they are suggesting acquiring an additional unattended license. If this error isn't affecting your current workflow or schedule timing, there's no urgent need to be overly concerned about it.

right now this error isn't affecting my current workflow . until its not given any error I still wait if any issue come then I will raise Microsoft support for it .
