Hopefully someone will be able to help me here! I've had a look online and haven't seen something which fits my problem!
I have two lists in sharepoint - "Contacts" and "Interactions". The "Contacts" list holds information about each contact (name, organisation, size of organisation, date of first contact etc). The "Interactions" list will detail every communication we have with a specific contact (Contact, contact organisation, details of conversation, date etc)
When the name of the contact is added to "Interactions" list, I want to create a flow that looks up the name of the contact in the "Contacts" list, and pulls across the organisation name from that same list into the "Interactions" list. If, the contact name is not in "Contacts" list, then the flow will update "Not found".
It's important to note that the organisation name column in "Contacts" is a lookup up column from another list so perhaps this could be a reason why I'm struggling.
