Removing the image that you mentioned from the Approval email is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

I afraid that there is no any way to remove the image from the Approval email in microsoft flow currently,

Can you tell me where this image is sourced. Whenever, a memeber of the organisation initiates a new workflow, it appears with my photo?

It appears with my photo because the connection of the "Start an approval" action in the flow is your account, I afraid that the image is your skype's picture.

I`m afraid you cant, theres the name and the image of the person who created the connections so the flow itself. As a workaround, I added in the body of the approval email (at Details):

Created by Display Name, so the approvers will see who actually sent for approval.
