ONLY Checkmark

Hello. I'm creating a to-do list that I can share in Power Apps, on One Drive. You can connect to Power Apps from the Excel database you put there and mark a checkmark on it I want to make sure that this is the case. But the checkmark will not be shared with everyone and ONLY the individual will be recorded. What do I need to do to build this system?

    HI,

    I recommend :

Would use SharePoint since there is a lot more flexibility at the user level, can set a field as Yes or No and then have the PowerApps app check for all users and filter the username form there o365 user information and only turn the check green if the present user is the same as the user that turned the field form yes to no.
