Assigning approvals to a user during flow

Hi, I am trying to develop an approval flow.

 

This flow is initiated when a response is made on a form and an approval is made on the form. If the approval is approved, the flow continues by sending a new approval to another user, which I would like the user triggering this approval to be able to choose who the approval is assigned to and receive a message in Microsoft Teams.
