Hi Community!

I want to set up some governance processes, like we already have for canvas apps, for SP Custom forms - but the usual quarantine approach doesn't work due to permissions errors.

For example, when I try to retrieve/edit the ownership of an SP Custom Form, I get this error: "No permission to the 'SharepointFormApp' application"

I believe the permissions and access is all governed by the setup of the list in which the custom form is built but can't seem to automate getting ownership of the site/list etc in order to 'lock down' the custom form.

Any ideas as to what I can do for this?

The SharePoint custom form is associated with the lists/libraries.

If you would like to lock the form, you need to remove the permissions to the lists/library within the site.

You can get the list of people who can access the list using PNP Powershell script.
