Hi everyone. I have a flow in power automate online and need to add approval stamp containing approvers name and date to the pdf file. How can I do it? I need an action that is free and will not last for a short time. An action that remain free and active for a long time. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do it?

Thanks in advamce for your help.

Unfortunately there is currently no action in Power Automate that adds a stamp to a PDF file. The closest alternative is probably docusign, which is a premium service.

The other alternative would be to program your own azure functions and use that.

Premium connectors having only the options with standard connectors you cannot.

If you need in that way, create a html content in the way how your page should be using that using onedrive convert it to pdf this is only options with the standard connectors.

    hello

this is easy to achieve with power automate.

1.) You create a template in word and use the developer function to pass data from power automate to the document

    Video:

there u can also put the approver and date dynamic content in

    2.) convert word to odf

and then you can upload to sharepoint or send via email

Thanks  for your resposne. In this case we need to define a new format to the invoice file, which is not what we need to do. We need to keep the pdf unchanged and just add the watermark or an stamp of the approvers on it.

initially the pdf is comming from somewhere right? i dont think that you are directly working inside of the pdf, so the word file exists aswell, or not?

directly inside of a PDF there is no free way of doing this.

The pdf files are invoice files coming from another department. They are being generated automatically by the softwares and can not be modified
