Help for trigger conditions for 'When an item is created or modified'

hi all, appreciate any help again

i have the following flow set up - when an item is created or modified (in ProjectList) > get items (in Tasklist) > update items (in Tasklist). And under 'get items' i have the filter query set up - ProjectID eq @{triggerOutputs()?['body/ProjectID']} which matches the ID (in ProjectList) to ProjectID (TaskList)

but the trigger works every time any update is done on ProjectList, i am trying to trigger it only when the changes are made in certain columns. i.e., ProjectName, ProjectLead1, and ProjectLead2

i have been testing out the trigger condition on 'when an item is created or modified' but no success so far, if there is any help, greatly appreciate it

You can use trigger condition in the action, go to settings of the action, and set trigger condition for your column.

Here's some example of my own project for inspiration,
@Anonymous(equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/ERP/Value'], 'Start'), equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/ERP/Value'], 'Reinitiate') )
This flow triggeres if only the erp column value is equals to start or reinitiate.

im quire curious, if you put trigger conditions in a "when an item is created or modified" trigger, does it still trigger for newly created items or it will only trigger to the specified trigger condition?

afaik if newly created item meets the trigger conditions then only flow runs.
