Populating Count of Name/ # of Task/ # of Total Hours into Chart

Hi everyone, new to the power app here, only started to explore it 2 weeks back.

 

I have met with a lot of issues over my journey, most solved with the help of this forum, but I'm stuck again.

 

My data source is sharepoint list, and I have 3 column data that I wish to populate into a chart to show the workload

1. AssignedTo - Person/ Group Column, Single Selection

2. TaskName - Text column, task name itself

3. Actual Hours - Number column

 

how can i populate this 3 data into a column chart to show these 3 data together?

if 3 data set is impossible, i can work with 2 as well (assignedto and count of task)

 

Appreciate any help

    Person columns cannot be displayed directly in the label, so you need to use the AddColumns function

    Hi Liwei,


    thanks for the solution, it populated data, but now there is new issue

    1. the populated data has multiple names repeated throughout the whole column chart

    e.g., im seeing "andy" for more than 10 times on my sample data, how can i consolidate all data under 1 name

     

    2. How can i change the data to count total number of task assigned to that single person?
