Multiple emails being sent by my 'Do Until' path

HI All

I have an Approval flow that if not actioned by the receiver then a reminder email is sent 15 days later.
The issue i am having is that the receiver gets multiple emails and not just one!

 

The rest of the flow works great

    May be you can declare another variable ReminderSent Boolean.

     

    Then In the condition below delay, check if its false..

     

    Then after Send email.. Set it to true...
