Permission to power automate and powerapp for secondary user

I need to be able to add permission to a user:

  1. Power Automate flow: Ability to view the run details.

  2. Power App: Ability to run the app

What permission should I assign to user.

#1: You need to share the flow to user to view the run details of the flow.

    Owner permissions.

#2: Share the app to the user to run the app.

User permissions. Remember, you need to give access to data source as well for the user to run the app without any issues.

Thanks for the feedback. Here are some challenges I have

#1 I do not want to give edit permission. This is a controlled environment. I only want user to be able to view the flow and the run details. I tried adding to "Run only users" but that does not allow the user to view the details of the run.

#2. On the power app(UI), I did not see a permission to just run the app. Is it something at role level?

#1: There is no option available in out of the box (OOB) without granting owner access to the flow.  You might need to log the run details in a separate DB (Example: SQL Table or SharePoint Lists) and provide access. Also remember, OOB power automate stores history of runs for 30 days only. If you would like to preserve the history you need to store the runs and manage it separately.

#2:  Please check the article here to share the apps. There is no specific permission to run the app. You need to add them as users access and share the data(minimum read-only access).
