I am not able to Expand navigation bar from right side please help

Can you clarify what navigation bar on the right hand side that you're unable to expand?

Are you asking how to build a right navigation bar, or have you already built a right navigation bar and it isn't working as expected?

I dont have to access the change design I have to Use Right side for navigation so this will not helpful for me
