Create task from form, then sort tasks into bucket based on form response and delete form response

Brand-new beginner here, so apologies!

I am trying to automate a process for requesting library materials that uses Forms and Planner. I know that the functionality with Forms is lacking, so I've linked it to Excel. This is what I would like it to do:

  • When a new response is submitted
  • Get response details
  • Add row into Excel table
  • Create task
  • Update task details with Form details (in the task details field)

I'm all good up until here. Once the task is updated with all the Form data, I would like it to:

  • Sort into a specific bucket based on a form response - in this case, the format of an item (book, DVD, etc.)
  • When the task is completed, delete the Form response - this is what I really would like to do

Any help or advice is much appreciated, and if this isn't possible, then that's fine, too!
