Locating Data Sources

Hello,

I'm new to Power Apps and I've got this really old app handed down to me, created by my predecessor (or maybe two before me). There are multiple data sources in it, and four of them aren't refreshing properly, causing this error when running the app:

My guess is that these data sources are Excel spreadsheets stored in some OneDrive accounts within our organization.

I've scoured the internet to find a way to locate these data sources, but unfortunately, no luck.

Could you help me out with this? Is there a way to find the location for these (and the other) data sources? I assume maybe someone moved or deleted these files, or something happened with the OneDrive account that holds them.

The ones that are failing are all Excel Spreadsheets in the oneDrive for Business of a user named FScheihing. The names listed are the Table names from the Excel Spreadsheet. If you go to that person's OneDrive you can search it for by the table name, for example 'SalinasActive'. That should bring up a list of files with that word in them, including the Excel Spreadsheets. Hopefully that will narrow it down. If you don't find anything its because someone moved the files to another oneDrive, deleted them, or renamed the tables in them.

Thanks for your response, @Pstork1. Unfortunately, it's not the location since that's my OneDrive. When I log in with another user's credentials (one of my predecessors), the data source shows his username. So, I suspect it's actually indicating that you can access the connection, but it's not the user's OneDrive hosting the file.

If its not in your OneDrive then it should still be in the list of files Shared With you in your OneDrive. You can search for it in that list also in your OneDrive site.
