Auto generate PDF from Power Apps HTML Text does not display the image.

Hi, anyone can help me? I want to include a signature image in my auto-generated PDF. I already saved it in based on 64 images still can't work. My question is:

1. Do I need to save the image in based 64 images link?
2. How to use the 64-based image in this HTML to allow the image to display?

You should be able to use this directly in powerapps, in the html:

<img src=JSON(Signature.Image, JSONFormat.IgnoreBinaryData) />

IMPORTANT: This is generated with quotes around it already, so as you see here I intentionally do not have quotes around img src tag.
