HI Team, Iam working on creating as model driven app and also canvas app and we are using the data verse as the data source. The issue we are facing when loading the data (approx. 8 Million records) in to data verse and we are getting throttled by api requests and it is getting cancelled with out any errors. we are having the limited number of licenses. Can someone please help me here . Iam a new developer in PowerApps any help would be highly appreciated.

You need to filter out only necessary data in your App.
This is delegation issue and you won't have all the records in the App.
Instead try pagination (Refer Reza Dorrani's video on YT) and use bunch of filters, then only show the data in your App.
Since the data flow will be in controlled manner, you App performance will be better and responsive.
Data consistency will be maintained if only necessary API calls are made.
This is significantly improve your API requests.
Suggestion: You can also use Power Automate flow to make request and send back to PowerApps in certain scenario.
