Automate Net Promoter Score Survey with PowerApp and/or Flow

Greetings Everyone,

I'd like to create an automated way to survey my SMEs and gather their Net Promoter Scores.  Creating the Form in Forms was pretty straightforward, but I am hitting a wall with the automation portion.  Ideally I would have a list of SMEs (name, email address, product 1, product 2, product 3, etc.) and then once a quarter have an automated Flow send them an email with the NPS survey.  Bonus if it would send them one consolidated survey that had a question for each product they were a SME for listed in one consolidated email rather than multiple emails (one per product).  All of the data should be logged to an Excel Online document store on SharePoint Online in a format like: User Name, Date, Product, Rating.  Seems conceptually simple, but I could really use an example to adopt for my purposes or some pointers.

Thanks,

Chris

    Hi @Anonymous,

Where do you store SMEs records?

Could you please show a bit more about your scenario?

If you could share more details about your scenario, we could provide a workaround for you.

    Best reagrds,

    Kris

    Kris,

Thanks for the interest.   As I am just starting out on this, I am pretty flexible on where to store the SME data.  Initially, I imagined an Excel sheet with columns like this: email address, First Name, Last Name, Product_01, Product_02, ..., Product_10.  I do not anticipate a SME being an expert in more than 10 products, so that should suffice.  What I would like to happen is once a quarter, for a process to run and send emails to the SME asking them to rate the product(s) they are experts on using a Net Promoter Score format.  Ideially the process would send a single consolidated email if the SME is an expert of more than one product.  I understand that is more complex, so a good place to start might just be a process the send individual emails.  Even in that scneario, I would have to pass the Product_01 value to Forms or PowerApp so the survey taker would know which product they are being surveyed on.
