Issues with saving and retreiving data with Customized PowerApp from SharePoint List

I have customized a PowerApp from a SP list. The issue that i am seeing is I enter information as shown in the screenshot below and then SAVE it:

A new item is created in my SP list but the value for the fields Salesforce Account ID, Salesforce Opportunity ID and Opportunity Title do not make it into the list as shown below:

Furthermore, when i click on the line item in SP, the form doesn't open up in the view form view and it renders as this:

Hi @Anonymous ,

What is the Update for the three Data Cards and if there are Combo Boxes / drop-downs, what are the Items ? Also what type of fields are you writing back to?

All of the fields are single lines of text in SharePoint. The update for SalesForce Account ID is DataCardValue4.Text

@Anonymous ,

There is something wrong with that form - that is the simplest of updates and should work. Try deleting the card and re-creating it.
