Collection See lookup values

Hi,

I am sure this is an often asked question, but this is where i struggle with powerapps. I have a list in sharepoint called TPTicketFlow, and i have many fields, including lookups. My issues is i want to create a collection, which goes and bring back the value of those lookup item. Right now it bring back a records, with inside an id, and value, however no data inside the value.

This is kinda what i have

ClearCollect(
 collection,
 ShowColumns(
 TPTicketFlow,
 "flowCategories",
 "flowCategories_x003a__x0020_Titl",
 "flowDept"
 )
)

But what i want, is instead of seeing the record, i would like to see value directly into the collection. how can this beeing done, i try forall but not sure what i should do

ClearCollect( collection, ForAll( TPTicketFlow, { flowCategoriesValue: LookUp(FlowCategories, ID = flowCategories.ID, Title), flowDeptValue: LookUp(FlowDept, ID = flowDept.ID, Title) } ) )
