Importing flow from different account

Hi,

I have created two environments with different accounts and I am trying to export a flow of one of them and import it into the other. The problem is that when trying to import it and I have to choose the connector (after creating new ones that match with the ones needed) the new ones don't appear in the list where I can choose from the available connectors (see image).importar_flow.png

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

hi @MS5  just give it time and click on Actualizar Lista, that is on the left of crear nuevo.

Como veo que tienes tu plataforma en español, pues te respondo también en es español, lo primero que haría sería darle clic en crear nuevo eso te redirigirá a tu lista de conexiones, una vez la crees regresas a la pestaña de importación y le das clic en actualizar lista.

    Hi @MS5 ,

If no corresponding connection can be selected in the new environment, then you need to add a new connection for selection.

Please click here to add new connection:

    Hi @v-bacao-msft and @ChristianAbata ,

Thanks for your quick answers. As I mentioned in my first message, I have already created the connectors needed, the problem is that they still don't appear in the list. I think the problem is because the flow was created using a different account from the one that is importing the flows in the new environment, if you check the snapshot you can see that the connector is wating for has the "AdminFlow@..." account, but the receiving account connectors are shown in this way:

    conectores.png

As you can also check, the types are the same as the ones needed in the flow, CDS and Outlook 365 connector.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @MS5 ,

Sorry for my late reply! But I still can't seem to reproduce a similar problem, so I can't analyze the cause of this situation,

As far as I know, if Flow has been exported as a .zip file, you can ignore the account that created Flow when importing it again, because you need to select the connection to import Flow, so I think this should be irrelevant to the account.

    Best Regards,

Re: Importing flow from different account

    Hi,

I finally solved the issue. In a previous try I created a solution which had the flow inside but after importing it in the destination environment I couldn't find it in my flows, but I could see it in the solution. I then openned it for editing and created the connection throught the open flow. I could then import the single flow through the zip file and see the connection I had created, I don't know why creating it through the dialog I showed you wasn't visible when trying to select the given connection.

All in all, thank you for your answers!
