Book A Room App - How to create a private booking

Hi, Would anyone know is it possible to create a private meeting when using the Book A Room App so when others users go to request a meeting they cannot see the members or meeting name etc. Many Thanks

    May can be possible, you need to the screen RoomSelectScreen, and then click on the gallery "RoomsGallery"

     

    Then change the text, may you can put static text.
