Flow Reminder - Recurrence Every 4 Days

I have a flow to send an email reminder to all the people who have not responded to a survey (in Forms).  We intend to send it out Thurs Jun 11 and we want the first reminder to be sent out Mon Jun 15 at 5am EDT (4 days later) and then again on Fri Jun 19 at 5am EDT (4 days later).  If I activate the flow anytime during Thurs Jun 11 set with the following (see below) - will this accomplish what I want to do?

I want to confirm that the flow will count the days from the day after the day you set the flow, regardless of the time you set it as active i.e. after 5am EDT?

Interval = 4

Frequency = Day

Time Zone = UTC 5:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada)

At these hours = 5

    Hi @PSH,

    You could set the Recurrence trigger as below. It will start on 2020-06-15 5 am in Eastern Time, then it will keep running every 4 days, next time will be 2020-06-19 5 am in Eastern Time.

    I need the time in the At these hours don't I?  I assume this reiterates the time for the flow to run.  If not what does it do?

    @PSH

    The configuration shown in your screen shot will run the Flow every 4 days at 5:00 AM.  Is this what you need?  If not, when do you want it to run?

    Hi Scott,

    This is what I want - thanks.  Now I have another issue with the flow.  The flow is below.  In the second step "List rows..." the flow does not go through all the rows - there are 358 and it only goes through 256.  Originally this flow worked when I had only 6 rows (I also added columns in the middle of the table from the original test).  This is the message the script after row 256 "

    This is the FlowThis is the FlowThis is the script after row 256This is the script after row 256

    Hi @PSH,

    Yes, you have no need to do set the At these hours cause you have set start time and frequency, it will run every 4 days at 5 am.

    The At these hours is for setting an additional time point. Such as, I set 5 am, and I also want it could run at 12 am, I could add "5, 12" into it, then the Flow will run every 4 days at 5 am and 12 am.

    For the second question:

    The number of the return rows default is 256, for more rows could return, you could open Pagination and turn up threshold, steps as below:
