Successful flows tagged as FAILED

Hello. I'm so confused I've been doing all the test on the flow I created and though I am able to successfully create the flow, Power Automate My Flows tag them as "failed". Can someone help me figure this out please? Thank you.

    You can open the flow run by click on the date in the start column. This will open up the flow instance and show where exactly the error occurred.
     
    Can you share a screenshot of that specific error?
