Email arrives - get name of sender when they are sending in the name of shared email adress

Trying to see how i can handle when another person is sending the email from their personal email, but in the name of a shared email address. If i just use the triggerbody/from, i will only get the shared email

Alternaive, I'm also using the Html to text action to get the Body of message. In the body the first email address that shows in the whole text of email is the email I need, but dunno how to acces it.

So, any suggestions?
