Outlook calendar attendees in Gallery

Hi all,

I've got a vertical gallery displaying with items set to this weeks meeting events. In the Subtitle of the gallery I have it set to ThisItem.requiredAttendees which is outputting in a email format. Is there anyway to get this to display their name?

I was hoping for this to work... ThisItem.requiredAttendees.DisplayName

Use Office365User connector and use this code on Text property of Subtitle of the gallery.

First(Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:ThisItem.requiredAttendees})).DisplayName

Hello @DJIX12 ,

I'm guessing it's because "RequiredAttendees" is a list or table, and "SearchUser()" may have difficulties with this input.

Can you try this code and see how it goes:

Concat( ForAll( ThisItem.requiredAttendees; Concat( 'Utilisateursd’Office365'.SearchUserV2( { searchTerm:ThisRecord.Person.Email } ).value; DisplayName; " ") ); Value; " " )

ThisItem.requiredAttendees this does return a email address.
First(Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:ThisItem.requiredAttendees})).DisplayName gets the following below

Hi @DJIX12, This logic is pretty straight forward. Can you help more on the data source of the gallery? Also please share the screenshot of the text property of subtitle? Because your 2nd and 3rd rows is giving the date.
