Search Dataverse for Flow Objects?

Is it possible to search dataverse for all flows that use a particular SharePoint list?

 

Scenario:
I'm needing to track down all of the flow's my team has created that interact with a particular SharePoint list.
So, I'm wanting to use PowerBI or another flow to search dataverse table X for GUID XYZ and output the results.

 

assuming flow xml/markup is stored in dataverse?
