Hello all

I'm trying to create a Flow to copy any new appointments from my personal Outlook.com calendar to my work Office 365 calendar.

Simple and perfect use of Flow I thought. I've been on it all morning and have tried many ways and always see to hit a problem,

I'll start with one to see of anyone minds assisting me please.

Simple flow to send me an email "send email" from "When a new event is created (V2)" on Outlook.com.

I get a failure when a new event is created.

Hi Wormscoffer,

Please make sure your connection to Outlook.com is properly connected.

According to your description, I created several flows to test this issue.

One flow is used to create an event from Outlook.com calendar to Office 365 calendar. It is working fine.

Another flow is used to send an email when an event is created on Outlook.com calendar. The email is also sent from Outlook.com.

When I using trigger “When a new event is created(V1)”, the flow works fine, while when using the trigger “when a new event is created(V2)”, the flow doesn’t even run.

Could you try to trigger the flow with “When a new event is created(V1)” to see if it works for you?
