Automatic reply when a new event is scheduled on Thursday

All:

I would like to set up a flow that is running always. What it does is, when a new event is scheduled on my calendar (outlook 365 calendar), it checks the weekday of the event. If the event is on Thursday, it automatically reply the creator of the event that I am not available.

This is not the automatic reply with recurrence as it shall run all the time. the condition of autoreply is the new event is on Thursday. For example, on Monday, my colleague schedules a meeting on coming Thursday. he or she shall receive autoreply from me. On Thursday, my colleague schedules a meeting on next Monday, he/she shall not receive autoreply from me.

I am newbie in the power automate. so I searched online on this topic a lot but cannot figure it out. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
